Job Description EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS Graduate, MBA, Good at MS office. RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 3-4 years of Experience in handling food items Must have handle a team. This position is responsible for maintaining the Sales Floor in Food area in accordance with Company policies and procedures by properly handling claims and returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages Candidates with work experience purely in services industry (such as insurance, credit cards, Visa offices, BPOs, consultancy etc) to be avoided. Preferred industry : Retail (Metro, Spencer s, Reliance etc), FMCG ( Nestle, ITC, etc ). Sales do not materialise immediately and merchandise getting near to expiry: Coordinate with Sales & BD department, visiting market identifies potential members who can by merchandise. INTERNAL Club Operations teams, Sales & BD team, & Home Office Merchandising teamEXTERNAL - Business Members , Vendors ( like HUL, HCC, ITC etc).Availability of the merchandise as per the planVisibility of the merchandise as per the merchandising standardsControl Damages and follow FIFO to control ExpiriesEnsures delightful Member serviceRegular walk on the floor to ensure the standards and excite associates and members by helping themPlans inventory for different Event periods as per trends availableStay updated on competitors prices, products, Market activities and give feedback continuously to the stakeholdersCoordinates with Replenishment and HO merchandising to improve availability and salesAddressing member issues, concerns and give them aggressive hospitality ,
