Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Generating and qualifying leads from cold calling.
    • Managing, tracking, and following up on leads by calling them.
    • Conducting sales presentations through the phone and E-Mail.
    • Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals by given targets.
    • Creating and updating activity reports.
    • Customer contact: Calling potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
    • Sales conversations: Engaging customers in conversations to generate leads and qualify prospects.
    • Customer service: Following up with customers after purchases to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat sales.
    • Record keeping: Maintaining records of customer conversations, feedback, purchase orders, and queries.
    • Sales reports: Preparing sales reports and comparing competitors offers.
    • Market research: Conducting market research to address customer needs.
    • Product updates: Informing customers about new products and services.
    • Customer information: Collecting and documenting customer information, payment methods, and transactions.
    • Meeting quotas: Working to meet sales quotas.
    Requirements:
    • Mandatory Skills: Candidates with good convincing skills. Must be able to read and write in English.
    • Basic computer knowledge of E-mail and MS Excel.
