Job Description

    • Promote and sell banking credit card products through telesales.
    • Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
    • Participate in training and development programs.
      • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
      • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or offerings.
      • Maintain consistent follow-ups to close sales and meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
      • Record customer interactions, sales updates, and follow-up details in the CRM system accurately.
      • Handle customer objections professionally and provide clear, persuasive responses.
      • Maintain updated knowledge of product features, pricing, promotions, and company policies.
      • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to enhance sales performance.
      • Ensure excellent customer service and maintain brand reputation with every interaction.
      • Adhere to call quality standards, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
      • Meet or exceed assigned KPIs, including call volume, conversions, and revenue targets.
