Job Description

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for achieving revenue targets and ensuring on time collections for the assigned product / business (for example, Mobile Phones, Mobile Accessories). Building and maintaining strong professional relationship with retailers is critical to the role. The role holder is also responsible for effective stock planning, inventory management, maintenance of MIS, reports, documentation and compliance for the assigned product / business.Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving revenue targets (quarterly, annual) for the concerned product / business
  • Drive regional distributors feet-on-street (FOS) associates for achieving secondary sales targets for the concerned product / business
  • Responsible for effective stock planning and inventory management for the concerned product / business
  • Drive on time collections from retailers and ensure pay-outs to the channel partners are processed on time
  • Manage relationships with vendor representatives retail stakeholders for the concerned product / business
  • Responsible for MIS, reports generation, documentation and compliance for the assigned product / business
