    Job Description Welder & FabricatorJob Title: Welder & FabricatorLocation:LudhianaIndustry: ManufacturingExperience: 25 Years (Preferred)Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Welder & Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for welding, fabrication, assembly, and repair work while ensuring quality standards and safety procedures are followed.Key Responsibilities
    • Perform welding and fabrication work as per drawings, specifications, and production requirements.
    • Carry out MIG/TIG/Arc welding operations as required.
    • Read and understand engineering drawings and fabrication layouts.
    • Perform cutting, grinding, fitting, and assembly of metal components.
    • Ensure proper alignment, finishing, and quality of fabricated parts.
    • Inspect finished work to identify defects and make necessary corrections.
    • Operate welding and fabrication tools safely.
    • Maintain workplace safety and follow company procedures.
    • Coordinate with production and quality teams for timely completion of jobs.
    • Maintain tools, equipment, and work area cleanliness.
    Required Skills & Qualifications
    • ITI/Diploma in Welding, Fabrication, or related field preferred.
    • 25 years of experience in welding and fabrication work.
    • Hands-on experience with MIG/TIG/Arc welding.
    • Knowledge of metal fabrication processes.
    • Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
    • Good knowledge of welding safety practices.
    • Hardworking, disciplined, and quality-focused approach.
    Preferred Experience
    • Experience in manufacturing, machinery, engineering, or industrial fabrication companies.
    • Knowledge of MS, SS, and other metal fabrication work.
