The trainer will be responsible for teaching students and professionals the foundational and advanced concepts of 5G communication, including architecture, protocols, hardware, testing, and use cases. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to simplify complex topics for learners.Key Responsibilities:
• Design and deliver engaging training sessions on5G Communication Technologybased on structured course modules.
• Teach topics including:
• Advanced Wireless Communication Networks(ISO-OSI reference models, protocols, standards).
• 5G Technology Basics & Use Cases(requirements, services, standardization).
• 5G Network Architecture & New Radio Technologies(NR, mmWave, small cells).
• 5G Networks(RAN, O-RAN, C-RAN, core & transport networks).
• 5G Hardware(implementation and integration).
• 5G Testing & Measurements(physical layer, system testing).
• Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and practical lab sessions.
• Conducthands-on sessionsusing network simulation tools and telecom equipment.
• Evaluate learners performance and provide feedback and guidance for improvement.
• Stay updated withlatest advancements in 5G, IoT, and wireless communication technologies.
• Developcase studies and industry-oriented projectsto enhance practical learning.
• Support learners withcertification preparation and career guidance.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelors or Masters degree inElectronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
• In-depth knowledge ofwireless communication principles and 5G technology.
• Experience innetwork architecture, RAN, core networks, and hardware implementation.
• Familiarity withtelecom testing tools and protocols.
• Excellentpresentation and communication skills.
• Ability to simplifycomplex technical topicsfor different learning levels.
• Strong problem-solving skills and practical exposure to telecom environments.
