Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate new business opportunities in the Air Conditioning industry.Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions.Promote and market A/C systems, solutions, and related services.Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, and quotations.Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed targets.Collaborate with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and after-sales support.Maintain records of sales activities and prepare regular reports.Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.Qualifications & Skills:Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.Minimum 2 years of proven sales/marketing experience in the Air Conditioning industry.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools.Benefits:Competitive salary package with performance-based incentives.Travelling allowance provided.Opportunity to work with leading A/C solution providers.Career growth and skill development opportunities.
