Accounts Manager

As an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Manager, your role will involve leading the accounting and finance operations of the company. You will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, financial reporting, compliance, and budgeting, with a focus on driving process efficiency and cost optimization.Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and review financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Reports.- Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.- Develop and monitor annual budgets and forecasts in alignment with business goals.- Coordinate with auditors and maintain audit-ready documentation.- Implement process improvements and automation for enhanced accuracy and efficiency.- Track and manage organizational expenses to ensure effective cost control.- Provide financial insights and recommendations to management to support decision-making.- Supervise and guide the accounts team, ensuring timely deliverables and high performance standards.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and financial management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.- Proficiency in Tally ERP and advanced Excel skills (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Macros).- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and audit processes.- Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.- Experience with automation tools or digital finance systems is a plus.About the Company:(Omit this section as it is not provided in the job description)Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Accuracy in financial reporting.- Adherence to budget and effective cost management.- Process and system improvement initiatives.- Team leadership and performance evaluation.This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance and Provident Fund.
