Job Description

• Life Insurance Business Development in the assigned region
• identifying and licensing part-timers/freelancers / Housewives/ Retired personnel to become advisors for the Co.
• Training them on the Subject knowledge, selling skills, customer relationship.
• Make them earn by increasing their business prospects.
Selection Criteria
• Graduation mandatory
• Age between 24 years - 32 years of age
• Both Male / female sales personnel can apply.
• 2-4 years of sales experience in any field.
• A resident of the same location
• A two-wheeler with DL.
• having a Good rapport among his friends colleagues and relatives.
CTC From Rs.2.20 Lacs to Rs.2.84 Lacs plus incentives best in the industry.
