Job Description

    Assistant Operations Managersupports senior leadership by overseeing daily operational activities, managing staff, and optimizing workflows to enhance productivity. Key duties include monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring adherence to policies, managing inventory/supply chains, and resolving operational issues.Key Responsibilities
      • Daily Operations Management:Oversee day-to-day activities, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
      • Process Improvement:Identify bottlenecks, develop, and implement operational policies and procedures to boost performance.
      • Performance Monitoring:Analyze KPIs, generate reports, and conduct quality control inspections.
    • Team Leadership:Supervise staff, assist with recruiting and training, and provide constructive feedback.
    • Communication & Collaboration:Coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to streamline operations.
    Required Qualifications & Skills
    • Education:Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
    • Experience:Previous experience in operational roles, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
    • Skills:Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, multitasking, and proficiency in MS Excel or ERP systems.
    • Soft Skills:Excellent communication, leadership, and adaptability under pressure.
