The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities to drive company growth. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue streams. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify new market opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and negotiate favorable business terms.Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the companys products/services and the competitive landscape.. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, partners, and industry influencers. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition. Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress towards business development goals. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and outcomes. Stay abreast of industry developments and best practices to continuously improve business development strategies and tactics.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
