• Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets by selling life, health, or general insurance products.
• Generate leads through the banks customer base, referrals, and branch walk-ins.
• Conduct customer profiling to understand insurance needs and recommend suitable products.
Relationship Management
• Build strong working relationships with the banks branch staff to generate business leads.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for bank staff for insurance-related queries and training.
• Maintain effective communication and rapport with customers and the insurance partner.
Customer Service
• Provide detailed and accurate product information to customers.
• Assist with policy documentation, claims processing, and other post-sale services.
• Ensure a seamless and satisfying customer experience during all interactions.
Training & Awareness
• Conduct training sessions for bank staff to increase awareness of insurance products and cross-selling techniques.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
