Job Description

    Cluster Business Head Company: Canara (Cross-Sell Division) Location: Madurai CTC:9 Lakh per annum Experience Required:
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in Agency & Direct Channel
    • Strong experience in Team Handling and Business Development
    Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Cluster Business Head to lead and manage business operations across multiple locations. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in cross-sell, channel management, and team leadership, with the ability to drive revenue growth and ensure high productivity. Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Sales
    • Drive sales targets and ensure monthly/quarterly business achievement.
    • Lead cross-sell strategies for insurance, loans, and financial products.
    • Expand business through channel partners, agency network, and direct sales teams.
    Channel Management
    • Manage and develop Agency Channel and Direct Channel business.
    • Build strong relationships with partners, agents, and customers.
    • Ensure seamless coordination between clusters, branches, and sales teams.
    Team Leadership
    • Handle a team of sales managers, executives, and cluster staff.
    • Train, motivate, and monitor the performance of team members.
    • Conduct regular meetings, reviews, and performance evaluations.
    Operations & Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to company guidelines and compliance policies.
    • Monitor branch-level operations and resolve escalations.
    • Maintain accurate MIS reports and business updates.
    Candidate Requirements
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, insurance, bank assurance, or cross-sell roles.
    • Strong knowledge of agency and direct channel sales.
    • Proven team handling experience and leadership skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple branches.
