Job Description

    Job Summary:
    • As a dynamic leader you will be responsible for driving sales and distribution strategies in your designated region.
    • Your expertise in team building and managing skills, channel management and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) will be crucial in expanding our presence and growing our payments bank business.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive payments bank business in the assigned territory.
    • Appoint and lead a team comprising Sales Officers, Area Sales Managers and Senior Area Sales Managers to achieve sales targets.
    • Manage and nurture relationships with bank channel partners with a focus on turnover and growth.
    • Oversee the onboarding process for retailers and merchants, specifically for QR services.
    • Monitor throughput and transaction activities to maintain an active user base.
    • Resolve queries and proactively drive business growth through retailer and merchant engagement.
    • KPI Achievement - Be accountable for key performance indicators (KPIs) including new savings bank accounts, AEPS (Aadhar Enabled Payment System) cash withdrawals, Micro- ATM transactions (primary and secondary) domestic money transfers, financial services sales, mobile and DTH recharges and Fast Tag sales.
    • Manage cash management services provided by various partners.
    • Recruit, train and develop the teams, set clear action plans, motivate team and regularly review performances to ensure KPIs are met.
    • Expand distribution coverage across the territory, including weaker and rural geographies by appointing new distributors.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
    • Conduct daily market visits to identify areas of low contribution, weak geographies and competitor activities.
    • Utilize market insights to formulate effective strategies to exploit business opportunities.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree or post-graduate.
    • Minimum 8-12 years of relevant experience in the FinTech or relevant industry with a proven track record of driving sales and achieving KPIs.
    • Candidates having relevant experience in Fintech Sector only can apply.
    Skills and Experience:
    • Proven success in driving channel sales and leading teams to achieve ambitious sales targets.
    • As a Cluster Head in the FinTech sector, will play a pivotal role in expanding our business footprint and driving revenue growth.
    • Extensive travel within the region/ territory is required.
    • Willingness to adapt to changes and ability to deal with new markets and stakeholders.
    • Experience in monitoring inventory levels, competition activities and distributions.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
