The role involves profiling customers to recommend suitable financial products, achieving business targets, and enhancing client relationships through regular interactions. This is an exciting opportunity for those with expertise in capital markets and a keen interest in client engagement and revenue generation.Key Responsibilities:
    • Client Profiling: Assess and understand customer needs, recommending financial products aligned with their risk appetite.
    • Revenue Generation: Meet business targets in revenue and client upgrades while supporting client activation.
    • Account Activation: Assist clients, especially new market entrants, in understanding equity market dynamics to boost account usage.
    • Cross-Selling: Drive sales for various financial products such as insurance, mutual funds, PMS, and LAS among existing clients.
    • Client Servicing: Ensure high service levels by conducting daily calls, discussing financial needs, and providing market insights.
    • Market Insights: Utilize Sharekhan financial market reports to offer clients relevant guidance.
    • MIS Reporting: Update daily MIS reports and coordinate with supervisors.
    Required Skills:
    • Education: Graduate with NISM Series VIII and NISM-MF certifications.
    • Experience: 1 to 3 years in capital markets, ideally with a brokerage firm.
    • Skills: Strong communication, self-motivation, optimism, and teamwork abilities.
