Job Description

    ob Summary:Homegenie Building Products is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) for our Madurai operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, coordinating with internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle customer walk-ins, calls, and online inquiries professionally
    • Explain product features, pricing, and offers clearly to customers
    • Coordinate with sales, backend, logistics, and installation teams for order execution
    • Maintain accurate customer records, order status, and follow-ups
    • Ensure timely communication regarding delivery, installation, and service updates
    • Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when required
    • Support sales team in lead management and customer conversion
    • Collect customer feedback and share insights with management
    • Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards
    Eligibility Criteria:
    • Education: Any Graduation
    • Experience: 1-3 years
    • Languages:English basic communication
