Job Description

    Responsibilities:
    • Business Development:
      • Collaborate with bank branches to identify potential customers.
      • Cross-sell life insurance products to existing bank customers.
      • Achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Relationship Building:
      • Establish strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff.
      • Work closely with the bank to generate leads and referrals.
      • Provide excellent customer service and address client queries.
    • Product Knowledge:
      • Understand the features and benefits of various life insurance policies.
      • Educate customers on the importance of insurance and tailor solutions to their needs.
    • Sales Strategy:
      • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business growth.
