Job Description

    As an HR Manager at our company located in Madurai, Anna Nagar, your role will involve:- Masters degree in MBA (MHRM) with relevant work experience required.- Minimum 3 years proven track record in successful recruiting talent people as an HR Manager- Assisting in the recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and shortlisting candidates- Conducting onboarding sessions for new employees to familiarize them with company policies and culture- Handling employee relations matters, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment- Demonstrating effective communication skills when interacting with employees and other team members- Proficient in using MS Office Suite for HR documentation and reporting- Managing time efficiently to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines- Possessing attention to detail in all HR-related activitiesPlease note that the company is looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Executive role. Candidates are required to bring an updated CV for the walk-in interview scheduled from December 04 to November 07 between 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM.Benefits offered for this full-time, permanent position include cell phone reimbursement.
