As an IT Supply Chain Business Partner at Garrett, you will play a crucial role in driving IT Supply Chain (Warehouse and Logistics) and Quality and GEM initiatives. Your responsibilities will include defining strategies, leading execution, developing productivity solutions, building and executing Annual Operating Plans, and managing projects related to this portfolio. Collaborating with Garrett IT Centers of Expertise (COEs), you will spearhead Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics 4.0, and GEM transformation for ISC.**Role Overview:**At Garrett, you will lead Logistics IT Transformation by implementing cutting-edge Logistics 4.0 solutions, enhancing Warehouse Management Systems, optimizing inventory, improving GEM platform, and transforming SIOP/Planning initiatives. You will also focus on developing talent, building capabilities, overseeing program & financial management, shaping IT strategy, and driving continuous improvement within the IT ISC team.**Key Responsibilities:**- Lead Logistics IT Transformation with a focus on implementing Logistics 4.0 solutions, Warehouse Management Systems, Inventory Optimization, GEM platform enhancements, and SIOP/Planning transformation initiatives.- Develop Talent & Build Capabilities by identifying strategic skills, implementing sourcing strategies, fostering agility and innovation, and mentoring mid-level leaders.- Oversee Program & Financial Management to ensure successful delivery of IT projects across Supply Chain, Logistics, and GEM portfolios within budget and aligned with compliance and security standards.- Shape IT Strategy by aligning technology roadmaps with business goals and guiding digital transformation.- Drive Continuous Improvement through business analysis and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.**Qualifications Required:**- **Education:** Bachelors degree in Information Technology- **Experience:** - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. - Strong background in Business Analysis, IT solutioning, and Program Management within logistics and supply chain domains. - Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and drive transformation initiatives. - Experience with Six Sigma, operational execution, and systems thinking. - Leadership skills in project management, business acumen, supplier and service management.**Skills:**- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and consulting skills.- Proficient in risk and change management, cost-benefit analysis, and process improvement.- Solution-oriented with a collaborative mindset and a focus on delivering business value.- Effective in facilitation, negotiation, and working across global networks.
