Job Description

We are hiring BDS and MDS graduates for the role ofMedical Coding.The primary responsibility of this role is to review patient medical records and clinical documentation, assign accurate ICD, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnoses and procedures, and ensure compliance with established healthcare coding guidelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include analyzing medical records for completeness and accuracy, identifying and resolving documentation discrepancies by coordinating with healthcare professionals when necessary, maintaining coding accuracy and productivity targets, updating coding knowledge in line with the latest industry regulations, ensuring patient data confidentiality, and supporting audits and quality assurance activities. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology, along with excellent analytical, communication, and computer skills. Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are essential. Prior knowledge of medical coding is an added advantage; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
