Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
• Review medical records and assign the correct ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and medical coding guidelines.
• Work with physicians and healthcare professionals for documentation clarification.
• Maintain high accuracy in coding with minimal errors.
• Stay updated with coding regulations and insurance policies.
Qualifications Required:
• Education: Any Life Science / Paramedical Degree such as:
  • B.Sc / M.Sc (Microbiology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Nursing, etc.)
  • B.Pharm / M.Pharm
  • BPT / MPT (Physiotherapy)
  • BAMS / BHMS / BDS / MBBS
• Freshers can apply; prior medical coding knowledge is an added advantage.
Skills Required:
• Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy & physiology.
• Basic knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS coding (Training will be provided).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills (English).
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (based on employer policy).
Salary & Benefits:
• Freshers Salary: 14,000 - 18,000 per month (Varies by company and location).
