Job Description

    Role Overview:As an experienced NDT Inspector (UT), your main responsibility will be to support the upcoming long-term project in Tamil Nadu by conducting Ultrasonic Testing (UT) inspections of welds, plates, and structural components. Your technical knowledge and practical experience will be crucial in ensuring the quality and safety of the project.Key Responsibilities:- Perform Ultrasonic Testing (UT) following relevant standards and project specifications.- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, calibration records, and related documentation.- Ensure proper calibration and good working condition of inspection tools and equipment.- Adhere to client and company safety and quality procedures throughout the inspection activities.- Collaborate with project teams, QA/QC personnel, and clients during the inspection process.- Assist in mock-up test preparation and execution as per client requirements.Qualifications Required:- Minimum 2 years of experience in Ultrasonic Testing (UT) inspection.- Possession of a valid ASNT / ISNT Level II (UT) certification.- Good understanding of relevant codes and standards.- Willingness to work on a contract/freelance basis at Tamil Nadu project sites.- Successful completion of the mock-up test conducted by the client before deployment.- Strong communication and reporting skills.(Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.)
