    • We are seeking an experienced Optic Fiber Engineer with expertise in splicing and crimping techniques to join our team.
    • The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing optic fiber cables and related equipment.
    • They will ensure the integrity and performance of fiber optic networks through precise splicing and crimping procedures.
    Responsibilities:
    • Install, splice, and terminate fiber optic cables according to industry standards and project requirements.
    • Perform fiber optic cable testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.
    • Coordinate with project managers, technicians, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects.
    • Maintain accurate documentation of fiber optic network configurations, splicing records, and testing results.
    • Implement fiber optic network upgrades and expansions as needed.
    • Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while working with fiber optic equipment and tools.
    • Train and mentor junior technicians on fiber optic splicing and crimping techniques.
