Opening Sales & Marketing Role (Lead Generation & Investor Appointment

Job Description

HiWe are currently hiring for a Sales & Marketing position. The role involves:
• Generate new business leads through field visits, referrals, digital outreach, cold calls, and events.
• Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential investors, channel partners, and distributors.
• Fix appointments and conduct meetings with prospective clients to promote company products/services.
• Lead generation through various channels partner and distributors
• Regular follow-up with leads to ensure high conversion.
• Handle client objections and close deals professionally.
• Consistent follow-ups for business conversion.
• Travel as required to meet sales objectives and cover assigned territory.
• Fieldwork and coordination with internal teams.
• Promote products and services through local campaigns, events, and partner branding activities.
• Coordinate with partners and distributors to increase visibility and product movement.
• Support online and offline marketing initiatives to build brand awareness.
• Gather market intelligence and competitor insights for strategy development.
• Assist in developing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and client interactions.
Interview Location: ChennaiNote: If selected, you will be required to stay in Chennai for 4 days for training and initial onboarding. Only accommodation will be provided during this period.
