Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members, clients, and stakeholders.
    • Manage administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
    • Assist with project management tasks, including organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting meeting minutes.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
    • Maintain organized files and records, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
    • Collaborate with various departments to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
    • Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics, venue arrangements, and attendee management.
    • Conduct research and compile data as needed to support decision-making processes.
    • Handle ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.
    • Adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
    • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work.
