You will lead a team where the technology focus will predominantly be on open source. You will give technical direction to team, provide design solutions, drive SDLC, build QA Test Cases, handle client interaction and drive project for quality delivery. You will be a hand on man and will be willing to roll up your sleeves

10 + years in Python, Java, other open source

Skills Stack

Programming Languages: OOPs, Java, J2EE, Drools

Key skills: Python 3.6 Framework: Tornado, Django, Django ORM, Flask, Spring Methodologies: Agile Scrum Methodologies, Xtreme Programming Webserver: Ngnix, JBoss Development Tool: Apache Tomcat, Websphere, Perforce, Rational suite, Release Management Reporting Tools: Crystal Reports, BI Tools

Version Conrol: SVN & GitHub Desired Skills

Proficient in Python & related Open Source frameworks : Django Flask Tornado Web2Py

Good track record in terms of building Web applications using Angular JS, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Ajax and handling RESTful APIs and integration with other components

Knowledge in ORM Frameworks: SQLAlchemy Django ORM

Knowledge in Python design patterns

Experience in Web services and service oriented environment

Expert in Business and Integration tiers with very good knowledge of build tools

Very Strong in terms of re - factoring, best coding practices and code organization

Good working knowledge of Oracle 11g MySQL database

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for application development & implementation

Requirement Study, planning, estimation, schedule, monitoring and reporting are all part of the roles

Define, own and manage the Application Architecture, Services model, Data Model, Reporting framework for in - house products, Code review, which includes UI development, business logic, data access, control logic & Database Design

Managing team, by assigning tasks and filling their knowledge gaps by organizing providing internal trainings, and external training plans for the team s skill development

End - user Dealing & support by providing both pre and post - delivery support

Travelling to client locations on need basis

General Project Management ; Production support; Development; Enhancement; documentation

Schedule and Plan for release consists of defect fix

Schedule and Plan for release consist of new developmentenhancement

Facilitate for QC and UAT& schedule and plan for release to UAT

Co - ordinate with Vendor on UAT findings and bring it to logical end

Schedule and plan for release to Production on UAT sign off

Inter Team coordination s & communications etc.
