Job Description

    Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets of the showroom.
    • Develop strategies to increase footfall and conversion rates.
    • Monitor sales performance of team members and provide guidance to improve productivity.
    • Implement promotional activities, schemes, and seasonal campaigns.
    Customer Service & Relationship Management
    • Ensure exceptional customer service standards at all times.
    • Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium and loyal customers.
    • Supervise personalized service for wedding, bulk, and repeat customers.
    Showroom Operations
    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the showroom including sales, billing, stock, and staff management.
    • Ensure proper visual merchandising and product display as per brand standards.
    • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and security of showroom premises.
    • Coordinate with accounts, logistics, and other departments for smooth functioning.
    Team Management
    • Recruit, train, and motivate showroom staff (sales executives, floor managers, cashiers, tele-callers, etc.).
    • Allocate responsibilities and ensure discipline among staff.
    • Conduct daily briefings and regular performance reviews.
    • Foster a positive and customer-focused work environment.
    Inventory & Stock Control
    • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with purchase & warehouse for replenishment.
    • Ensure proper stock accounting, tagging, and record-keeping.
    • Minimize stock discrepancies through regular audits.
    • Keep track of fast-moving, slow-moving, and trending jewellery items.
    Reporting & Compliance
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & performance reports.
    • Ensure adherence to company policies, statutory compliances, and audit requirements.
    • Coordinate with head office for MIS, HR, and finance-related matters.
