Job Description

    As a Software Support Specialist, your role will involve providing technical assistance and support to end users in the Indian market for HRMS software. You will be responsible for resolving customer technical issues through various channels such as phone calls, emails, tickets, and remote assistance. Your key responsibilities will include:- Providing software technical assistance and troubleshooting to resolve issues effectively.- Performing data migration tasks to ensure smooth transition and operation.- Conducting product training sessions for end users to enhance their understanding and utilization of the software.- Resolving customer technical issues promptly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.- Engaging in ad-hoc projects to support continuous improvement and development.- Offering consultancy services on HRMS software to address specific user needs.- Implementing best practices to enhance response time, issue resolution, and ticket management.- Optimizing workflows to prevent backlogs and ensure efficient team operations.- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.Preference will be given to candidates with experience in IT support, helpdesk, onsite, and desktop support systems. Strong IT and software troubleshooting skills will be advantageous for this role.
