Job Description

    As the Territory Business Manager (TBM), your role is crucial in organizing sales, collections, sales development, free sample distribution, maintaining farmer contacts, and providing market feedback. Your key responsibilities include:- Driving sales to the channel (Distributors & Retailers)- Ensuring timely collection of account receivables & reconciliation- Regularly tracking Distributors/Dealers performance vs Purchase Orders- Taking care of market penetration, market share, and services in your designated area- Monitoring and submitting monthly liquidation reports for product movement- Managing Distributor & Retailer relationships by implementing National Programs- Communicating pricing & Schemes in a timely manner- Managing stock returns documentation & communication to higher authorities- Maintaining trade channel discipline- Liaising with Agricultural Department officials- Collaborating with the market development team for effective operations- Participating in important demand generation activities as requiredTo excel in this role, you are required to have:- Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Agriculture- 4 to 7 years of experience in Crop Protection / Agrochemicals- Planning and Execution Skills to establish business plans and drive execution- Business Knowledge to apply and maintain agronomic technical/functional expertise- Technical Skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Self-Management Skills to inspire trust, demonstrate adaptability, and work independently- Strategy Skills to create customer loyalty- Interpersonal Skills to build relationships and manage conflict effectively with dealers and customersYour expertise and dedication will contribute significantly to the success of the company in the agricultural sector.
