Job Description

1. We are looking for a motivated Chemistry graduate with knowledge of organic and inorganic chemistry to support laboratory testing, chemical analysis, research and development, and quality control activities. The candidate will perform laboratory experiments, prepare and analyze chemical samples, maintain accurate records, and follow laboratory safety and quality procedures.
2. Key Responsibilities:
   • Perform organic and inorganic chemistry experiments according to established procedures.
   • Prepare chemical solutions, reagents, standards, and samples.
   • Conduct qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis.
   • Assist with synthesis, purification, and characterization of organic and inorganic compounds.
   • Perform routine laboratory testing and interpret experimental results.
   • Operate and maintain basic laboratory instruments and equipment.
   • Assist with analytical techniques such astitration, pH analysis, UV-Vis spectroscopy, FTIR, and chromatography.
   • Maintain accurate laboratory notebooks, test records, and reports.
   • Follow chemical handling, laboratory safety, and waste-disposal procedures.
   • Support research and development, quality control, and process-improvement activities.
   Preferred Skills:
   • Degree inChemistry, Organic Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, or a related field.
   • Strong understanding of organic and inorganic chemical principles.
   • Knowledge of chemical reactions, mechanisms, stoichiometry, coordination chemistry, and analytical chemistry.
   • Basic laboratory skills including solution preparation, titration, extraction, crystallization, and purification.
   • Familiarity with analytical instruments is an advantage.
   • Good mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
   • Strong attention to detail and laboratory documentation.
   • Ability to follow SOPs and safety procedures.
