Job Description

Their responsibilities include:
• Developing sales strategies:Creating sales plans and strategies, and analyzing data to find the most efficient sales methods
• Training sales representatives:Training sales representatives within the territory on sales techniques and company products
• Meeting with customers:Addressing customer concerns, providing solutions, and presenting products and services
• Monitoring competition:Monitoring competition within the assigned region
• Preparing reports:Preparing and submitting reports to the Sales Director
• Working with other departments:Working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Managing sales:Managing primary, secondary, and tertiary sales
• Recruiting and hiring:Recruiting and hiring sales executives, and providing training to them
• Maintaining dealer contact:Maintaining contact with all dealers to ensure high levels of dealer satisfactio
