The ideal candidate will contribute to various biotechnology projects and support research and development activities.Key Responsibilities:- Research and Development: Engage in experiments to develop new biotech products and processes, collaborating with the team to innovate solutions.- Data Analysis: Analyze experimental data and results, ensuring accuracy and relevance, to help in making informed decisions about the project progress.- Lab Management: Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring everything is in working order and properly stocked for ongoing experiments.- Documentation: Prepare detailed reports on research findings, including methods and outcomes, to comply with regulatory standards and assist in future projects.- Collaboration: Work closely with scientists and engineers in interdisciplinary teams, sharing insights and contributing to a positive working environment.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should hold a degree in fields such as BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, B.E, or BVSC. Strong analytical skills are essential for interpreting data and drawing meaningful conclusions. Candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary for effective collaboration and documentation.
