DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Santhapet. As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to our patients.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Dispensing Medications**: Accurately prepare and provide medications to patients while ensuring they understand their dosages and instructions.- **Patient Consultation**: Offer advice to patients on medication management and potential side effects, helping them make informed decisions about their health.- **Medication Inventory Management**: Keep track of medication stocks to ensure availability and safety, as well as to prevent shortages or expirations.- **Collaboration with Healthcare Providers**: Work alongside doctors and other healthcare professionals to discuss patient medication plans and address any concerns.- **Compiling Patient Records**: Maintain and update patient medication records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.**Required Skills and Expectations:**- A degree in pharmacy or related field (BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, B.E, BVSC), with strong knowledge of medications, their effects, and interactions.- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare staff.- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dispensing and record-keeping.- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.- A commitment to providing compassionate and customer-focused service to all patients.This position requires a full-time commitment and is office-based.
