Greetings dear aspirants! Its an urgent based requirement. Job Title: Water Treatment Plant: Company: Leading Pharma/ Health Care/ FMCG company in Chennai Location. Designation: Technician No. of Positions: 10 Division: Pharma/ Health Care/ FMCG Department: Engineering Location: Madurai Location Qualification: ITI Years of Experience: 1 to 3 Years. Salary Range: 1 to 3 LPA. Contact person: Mr.Saravana Prabhu Mobile: 7676636384 Email: saravana@bvrpc.com Job Responsibilities: Operation and maintenance of WATER Pre treatment plant and Purified water plant (WTP and PWG) from Pharma/ FMCG industry.

  1. Able to operate independently the operation of HRSCC, multigrade filtration, Softener and associated chemical dosing system and pumps in WTP. Dosing chemical knowledge, calculation, and correction to meet the desired output water quality. Trouble shooting and maintenance of equipment and process,
  2. Able to operate independently the operation of Ozone, UF filtration, RO and EDI and associated chemical dosing system and pumps in PWG. Dosing chemical knowledge, calculation, and correction to meet the desired output water quality. Trouble shooting and maintenance of equipment and process, CIP and SIP procedure
  3. Shall have experience in handling of chemicals for water plant treatment, safety procedure
  4. Shall have experience in trouble shouting and maintenance of process and equipment, inventory management
  5. Shall have experience in handling log books. Daily shift records, SOP , PM check list, 5S,DMS.RCA
  6. Ability understand the P&ID for PWG and WTP.
