Job Description

You are a skilled and reliable Mobile Repair Technician who will be joining the service team. Your hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing smartphones of various brands and models will be crucial for this role.Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose issues related to hardware and software in smartphones.- Perform repairs such as screen replacement, battery change, mic/speaker repair, motherboard issues, etc.- Handle chip-level repairs, soldering, and component replacements if required.- Maintain a record of repairs, spare parts used, and inventory.- Ensure timely and quality service as per company standards.- Provide technical support and guidance to customers when needed.- Keep up to date with the latest mobile technology and repair techniques.Key Requirements:- 1 to 3 years of experience in mobile phone repairing.- Proficiency in repairing Android devices.- Knowledge of chip-level and board-level repairs is an added advantage.- Familiarity with mobile tools, equipment, and ESD safety protocols.- Good communication and customer-handling skills.- Minimum qualification: 10th pass; certification in mobile repair preferred.You will be working full-time as a Mobile Repair Technician with benefits including Provident Fund.
