Job Description

    Job descriptionKey Responsibilities:
    1. Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
    2. Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and other site workers to meet project deadlines.
    3. Inspect and ensure quality control at every stage of construction.
    4. Monitor the availability and usage of construction materials and ensure timely procurement.
    5. Maintain project documentation, including daily progress reports and labor records.
    6. Ensure all site operations comply with safety and regulatory standards.
    7. Address and resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
    Skills and Requirements:
    • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans.
    • Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools is a plus.
