• Lead a cross-functional team using influencing skills rather than direct managerial responsibility
• Management of associates and contractor resources
• Empowered as the voice of the accounting and finance customer
• Manage stakeholder engagement and communication within Global Finance
• Ensure alignment of line of business goals with technology direction and policies
• Responsible for negotiating prioritization, scope, funding, and scheduling of the project backlog
• Responsible to ensure that the product backlog is visible, transparent, and clear so that the project team/developers have appropriate direction as to work required to support the goals and meet delivery timelines
• Oversee design and development of key business processes and standard operating procedures
• Plan and oversee establishment of ongoing support for post-implementation processes/systems to ensure business continuity and accurate financial reporting
