Job Description

    Job location :-Bangalore - RT Nagar & Whitefield, Mangalore, Puttur, BijapurThis is into Agency ChannelResponsible for
    • To manage agency business in & around the destined location.
    • Handling a team of FLS & Advisors.
    • Maximise performance on sales & quality objectives for the circle.
    • To drive FLS recruit quality Advisors and achieve targets as per the requirements.
    • Ensure High quality persistency of business generated by the local production unit, to support the long term profitability of the company.
    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Meet unit targetso Achieve revenue targetso Ensure implementation of GOLD system for all agents Supervise the activity plan of Sales Managers & Agents to ensurethat these are fulfilled as per the desired standards Ensure that all Sales Managers and Agents under supervisionperform as per the companys rules and regulationso Track productivity measures as per the GPA for the unit: AFYP Case rate Annual mode business Persistency Paid cases per agent YTD appointments SM appointments Pro active agent retention Annual FYC standards Execute plans for growth of the agencyo Identify, interview and select new Sales Managers from natural marketand by networkingo Ensure adherence to laid down sales and service standards for SalesManagerso Conduct weekly performance review and planning (PRP) for SalesManagerso Ensure retention of Sales Managers by formulating their developmentplans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on aregular basis Meet rural and social policy targetsCriteria- Must be graduate & aboveAt least 8-10 yrs. of Life Insurance Agency / Handled larger business volume Team handling experience is mustMust be localite or Work experience in that locationAge between 38 years to 48 years
