Managing the team of relationship manager, dealers and ensure the issues ofstaff is resolved2. Achieving Monthly Targets and comparing it with benchmark across product line3. Attending daily morning conference call and discussing it with the colleagues4. Special thrust on acquiring Corporate clients5. Meeting clients to built the rapport6. Identifying the weak areas and providing solutions to those areas7. Daily Meeting with the colleagues on market outlook, sharing market information, ensuring active participation from all8. Analyzingand comparing the branch performance with other branches9. Motivating and guiding the branch colleagues10. Active interaction with clients to improve the business regularly11. Managing the client grievances12. Curbing Trade Errors and implementing proper risk management policy13. Keeping up with the regulatory and compliance issues from time to time14. Ensuring smooth and cost efficient operation in the branch15. Assessing performance of each employee as compared to Targets given onmonthly basis16. Providing training and solving queries of colleagues17. Working in Team18. Reporting all the activities to the Regional Manager from time to time19. Organizing Investor meets/seminars in co-ordination.20. Responsible for hygiene in the branch21. Ensuring safe and secure working environment for all employees especially women.22.
