Branch Sales Manager Affordable Housing Loan & LAPWe are hiring a Branch Sales Manager to drive individual sales for Affordable Housing Loans (AHL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) in the BFSI sector.Key Requirements:
• Age: Up to 30 years
• Experience: 25 years in sales within BFSI, with hands-on experience in AHL and LAP products (Mortgage / Secured Lending preferred)
• Must have worked as an individual contributor in sales
• Education: Any graduate
Role Overview:
• Source and close AHL & LAP cases through self-sourcing and channel partners
• Achieve monthly disbursement targets
• Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors, and direct customers
• Assess customer profiles and coordinate with credit/ops teams for smooth processing
