Job Description

    We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Associate. The role involves handling customer interactions efficiently, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction
    • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
    • Respond to customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
    • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of issues.
    • Provide product/service information to customers and assist in problem-solving.
    • Follow communication scripts and service procedures while maintaining empathy and professionalism.
    • Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors as needed.
    • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction
    • Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred).
    • 02 years of experience in customer support or related roles.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Kannada or Hindi is an added advantage.
    • Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
    • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
    • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
    • Customer-oriented mindset and positive attitude.
    • Punctual, disciplined, and a good team player.
    • Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
