We are looking for Quality Control Executive for our Flight Catering in Mangalore. Job Description Responsible for monitoring food safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process Ensure that the hygiene standards at Food Production and areas related to catering operations in the Unit Monitor Personal Hygiene of all staffs. Accompany the pest control contractor during their visit and keep the unit pest free. Ensure that the roster of cleaning staff are properly covered during their shift; to fill in the checklist and remark column Responsible to issue disciplinary action when directed. Perform inspections on Products, Equipment and Machinery. Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and Documentation Monitor the personal hygiene of Catering personnel and take necessary measures Assist in hygiene,HACCP,halal audit Ensure that all HACCP Procedures are followed; apply corrective measures for any discrepancy noticed and keeping the records up to date. Any other work as instructed by Manager.
