Job Description

Develop and implement a facilities management plan that ensures efficient operation and maintenance of all facilities
Manage the maintenance, repair, and replacement of building systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
Develop and manage a preventive maintenance program for all equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and longevity
Manage the inventory of supplies and equipment needed for facility maintenance and repair
Oversee the selection and management of third-party contractors and vendors for facility maintenance and repair
Develop and manage a budget for facilities maintenance and repair
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements related to facilities management, such as building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations
Manage and oversee the facilities staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
Ensure that all facilities are accessible and safe for employees, customers, and visitors
Strong knowledge of building systems and infrastructure, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems
Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to facilities management
Strong communication and project management skills
