Job Purpose Summary: To Monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of Envoy Mortgage. To install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Creating, Managing and Deactivating the Domain and Application loginsSetting up new users accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues Configuring and Managing the Envoy WebsitesRapidly establishing a good working relationship with Customers and Clients Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Installing and troubleshooting of Multifunction Printers and ScannersPerform additional duties as assigned by managementMinimum Qualification: Graduates or Diploma holders with minimum experience of 2 years and above in BPO/ ITO sector.
