Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:Investment Evaluation and Deal Closure:Lead the evaluation, due diligence, IC presentation and execution of investments (including term sheet structuring and negotiation), ensuring a disciplined approach to valuation, risk management, and deal making to maximize returns.Portfolio Management:Actively manage and support portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and operational support to drive growth while keeping a keen eye on corporate governance.Exit planning:Structuring timely and highly profitable exits for fund in potential liquidation events including follow-on rounds/secondaries, M&A and IPOs of all portfolio companies.Networking and Relationship Building:Cultivate and leverage deep relationships with entrepreneurs, co-investors, industry leaders, and other stakeholders to source investment opportunities and expand the funds influence.Team Building and Management:Build and nurture a high-performing and collaborative investment team.
