Job Description

    We are looking for an innovative Production Engineer to join our organisation. In this position, you will oversee and develop production systems in our factory. Engineering knowledge, great attention to detail, and the ability to optimise production processes for maximum efficiency are necessary skills for this role.Production Engineer Responsibilities:
    • Plan, manage and oversee production
    • Design and implement cost-reductive changes
    • Develop and draught an improved production process
    • Maximise productivity of machinery and workers
    • Assess and analyse current production methods
    • Determine which equipment will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility
    • Follow product specifications and quality control measures
    • Train, supervise, and manage production line workers
    • Ensure the production line is adequately staffed
    • Increase speed and efficiency of processes
    • Ensure all steps of production run efficiently
    • Develop and implement quality control measures
