This position will play a crucial role in developing and executing regional marketing strategies, promoting Muthoot Finances products, and enhancing brand visibility. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in marketing within the NBFC industry, with excellent communication and leadership skills.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning: Develop and execute regional marketing strategies aligned with Muthoot Finances overall objectives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns in the region. Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.Brand Promotion: Strengthen Muthoot Finances brand presence in the region through various marketing channels including digital marketing, traditional media, events, and public relations.Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand regional customer needs, preferences, and competitive landscape. Identify new business opportunities and customer segments.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.Customer Engagement: Develop initiatives to engage customers through targeted promotions,loyalty programs, and community outreach efforts.Budget Management: Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective allocationof resources for maximum return on investment.Reporting & Analytics: Provide regular reports on marketing performance, including KPIs andROI, and adjust strategies based on data insights.Qualifications & Skills:Experience: Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, ideally within the NBFC or financialservices industry.Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
