• To achieve the revenue and profit targets for the store.
• Interacting with customers, giving them product presentations and convincing them to make purchases.
• Keeping a track of the stock and inventory in the assigned section and placing orders for replenishing the stock.
• Maintaining the proper display of goods in the store and ensuring that they comply with the quality standards.
• Execute plans to maximize sales as assigned.
• Maintains positive relations and rapport with Customers.
• Keeping oneself updated with all the product knowledge.
• Using the technical skills and/or product knowledge to help the customers buy the right product.
• Handle customer queries effectively.
• Effectively collects customer feedback and passes it to immediate manager.
• Attend mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
• Completion of all administrative paperwork during scheduled shift.
• Knowledge of procedures in emergency situations.

• Promote and sell TV products to walk-in customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize conversions.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and attractive.
• Coordinate with store staff to maintain product availability.
Eligibility
• Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
• Gender: Male & Female candidates can apply.
• Experience:
• Experience as a Store Promoter, Brand Promoter, Sales Executive, or Retail Sales Associate.
• Candidates with experience in electronic product sales (TVs, Mobile Phones, Home Appliances, Consumer Electronics, etc.) are preferred.
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: 20,000 27,000 per month

• Weekly Rotational Off
• Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days.
