Job Description

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Developing and managing an efficient distribution network in order to drive growth in sales.
  • Making contact, regularly visiting clients, creating customers for channel sales, getting their feedback, understanding their problems, and preparing solutions accordingly.
  • Enhancing and maintaining better client relationships.
  • Clicking orders by presenting products, highlighting their features and benefits, etc to the customers.
  • Ensuring payment compliance of customers through regular follow-up and contact.
  • Informing the customers about the various schemes and offers of the company, reminding and encouraging them to achieve scheme targets by presenting final discounts and prices.
  • Coming up with ideas and suggestions in order to increase the brand presence in the market.
  • Being aware of market trends and competitor schemes and prices, informing the senior team members about the same, preparing counter-measures accordingly.
