Job Description

    As a Sales Manager for Gold Loan at IDFC First in Punjab, your role involves scaling up the business and distribution of Gold Loan lending in a cost-efficient and technology-effective manner. You will collaborate with various teams to provide a seamless customer experience and establish IDFC First as the primary bank for banking needs.**Key Responsibilities:**- Identify branches and potential locations for Gold Loan business based on market surveys, competition mapping, and volume analysis.- Increase distribution channels by identifying non-branch avenues for Gold Loan sales.- Achieve a minimum Gold Loan productivity of 40 lacs per month on new business and ensure 80% regeneration on eligible customers.- Recruit dedicated manpower for Gold Loan (Gold Loan Officers/Territory Managers) to drive customer acquisition.- Grow the AUM base for Gold Loan solutions while meeting revenue, cost, profitability, and portfolio quality targets.- Collaborate with the Business Loan Product Head to offer best-in-class funding/multi-funding solutions and incentivize key DSTs.- Ensure timely renewals of Gold Loan customers and maintain strong relationships with valuers and valuation agencies.- Train Gold Loan officers on potential fraud and fraud prevention measures.- Design a fulfilling customer journey to position IDFC First as the banking partner of choice.- Ensure successful adoption of internal compliance and regulatory frameworks. **Qualification Required:**- Graduate Degree- Post-Graduate DegreeIn addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will need to recommend process changes, propose improvements to processes and policies, and leverage in-house synergies through collaboration with internal stakeholders.
